Shipping Calculation
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight, dimensions of the product and the destination zip code. You will be able to view the total amount before completing the order.

Tracking
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code in your registered email to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Delivery Attempts
Our partners make up to 3 delivery attempts to the indicated address. If this is unsuccessful:
The product will be returned to our distribution center.
We will contact you to confirm the reshipment or refund of the purchase amount (if applicable).

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Check that the delivery address details are correct. If there is an error and the order is returned, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for reshipment.

Delivery Delays
In exceptional situations, such as strikes, weather conditions or external factors, there may be delays in delivery. Belle Femme undertakes to keep the customer informed until the problem is resolved.
